1. Short title, extent and commencement :
(1) This Act may be called as “Act Prohibiting the Charging and Taking of Amount (Bhatti Charsa etc.) by Birta -holder on Birta , 2015(1958)”.
(2) It shall come into force throughout Nepal.
(3) It shall come into force immediately.
